grit, there is still work here but the season is beginning NOW. I got out of it 6 years ago because there wasn't enough time left outside of work in the summer for me to enjoy summer. We used all that daylight 6 days a week. I'm not trying to dissuade you, just give you the reality of it. It's primarily because everyone is trying to get a year of work in in 6 months of decent contruction weather.
