It sure sounds good, but MZ5's signature, the Tenth Amendment, and Art. IV S. 1 sum it up - Its not up to the Federal Government, its up to the states. If the state doesn't want its people to own, let the people of that state decide, not the feds. Just because I enjoy firearms and carry concealed, doesn't mean its appropriate for everyone to do so, and it also doesn't mean that I deserve respect from every state just because my state says that I am okay to carry concealed.
