No - prior to seating the bullet I use a Lyman M Die to bell the case a tad for the bullet, then I use the seater die to seat the bullet, followed by the Lee crimping die. I'll check the shell holder for gunk/stuff. Cases are all trimmed to the same length. These are first time cases too........never used before and they were resized just for reassurance.
