I don't know one personally. I have a bud who used to be a gunsmith and has a few tools still, but rarely wants to get into heavier machinging stuff. Costs a lot to get a regular shop to tinker for you. New plug for my Buckstalker is like 12 bucks and I can probably get him to do a counterbore and then drill and tap for the M1x11 thread for the nipple. This way the proper ignition hole size for backpressure is correct also. Have to pick one up soon and try it.
