Did it also get a new finger lever and pistol grip stock? Ultimately I want the pistol grip and the shorter tube look.
the more i think about it the more i wonder whether i should convert my 307 or 356 to the pistol grip/ short tube look, much like a model 71, instead of one of my 30-30's. originally, i was thinking of doing it to a 30-30 to lighten it a little more for my son to start shooting reduced loads in....plus it's a look i don't have in the gun cabinet yet.
