Now as I understand the Pre '64 M70 was a CRF, as was the 1903 Springfield and Ruger advertised their M77MKII as CRF... all will engage the the extractor after a round is fed into the chamber. I know that a M98 Mauser will not because the cut in the receiver will not allow the extractor to move out far enough.
