What shooting glove does everyone use to ease the knuckle bite of 454s and larger iam in the house of pain.  But i love the kick of mag loads and i cant shoot less then 50 rounds

Before I had my hand operated on a smashed up thumb fixed, my docter aimed me toward half finger weight lifter's gloves. They support the wrist and hand. I used them to hunt with. Keep them tight!

I have a pair of the Past shooting gloves and they work ok, but I don't like the short length of the glove. It dosen't come down far enough on the wrist to feel comfortable. I would think that just a tight pair of regular, thin chore gloves might be better. If you get too much padding in the glove it makes the gun feel different in your hand. Just my .02 cents worth.

If you haven't found your gloves yet, Uncle Mikes makes a less expensive alternative to the Past shooting gloves.  Plus, both gloves are padded so you can shoot off handed if you want.

You may want to give them a try if you haven't already.

I use a set of Sthil Chainsaw gloves. they have a leather palm and padding where you need it. Also they have a wrist support with a velcro closure.

For just a few shots I go bareback, but when working up a load or for long sessions I have been using the Past for many years with complete satisfaction. *They do add bulk so if your grip fills your hand completely, you may find the gloves make a proper grip more difficult to achieve, but you soon learn to work around that. *Also, get one for both hands. *More often than not it is my non-shooting hand that gets the rap, especially on the Contender and Encore if I get a little careless in my grip.

I got a pair of shooting gloves from Cabelas, and they really do the job for my 44 RH.
