How good are their products? I've got a chance to pick up a used three die set for .30-06 that includes a neck sizing die for very little money and wonder if they are good quality. I know I've heard good things about their presses and other tools but not much about their dies.

Have used them with sadisfaction. Any used die set may come with a problem, but if they haven't been abused, will work as well as any other standard set of dies.
C-H used to be one of the main makers of reloading equipment. The dies will be of quality, however - like anything else used, much will depend on how they were used/abused. After a good inside cleaning, run some well lubed brass you're not really proud of (excess reloading, oddball brand or lot, etc) to check out for scratches and proper sizing.
