Any of you use a red dot sight on your 336? What do you think of it?

I have a Tasco Reddot on my 444 Marlin and like it.The one I bought,about 6 years ago,30mm tube,is not currently on the market.I never had a problem.I paid about $70-80 for it.Keeps zero,I sighted it at 100 yrds and trust it out to that range.I have never tried it any farther than that.The best thing is you can do some very fast firing and hit the target well.I'm still interested in the ATN Ultra sight,I would just like to get some user input before I buy one.They look nice,and no paralax.
