I have not owned one personally, but have guided 10 or 12 people who have Swifts mounted on their rifles. One guy had one on a Weatherby and sweared by it.

Seemed Ok with me, down where I live, I think marketing is the only reason you don't see more of them. The discount houses sell the Simmons, Bushnell variety. The serious folks have Zeiss, Swarovski, or Leupold. I prefer the Gold Ring in Var III. but the Swifts are priced right, have good light gathering, and clarity.
