The case holder was not working properly and they sent me a new one post haste, no questions asked. I was expecting a long line of juhmulka that added up to my being an idiot but the gal on the phone offered to send the piece without me even having to ask. RCBS is just great to do business with.

I too have had a great experience with RCBS. I have the hand priming tool and after fiddling with the primer tray, switching between large and small rifle primers, i called and asked if i purchase an extra tray. THey told me that they would send me an extray tray at no charge. they have my business from now on for sure
