If you're talking about a Win 94 Theo Roosevelt Commemorative then the BB of Guns Ed 24 says it's worth $450 for the rifle or $425 for the carbine. The prices on these commemoratives don't seem to move much so even though the book is a year old I imagine it's close. But I'm sure they have been known to go for less than these figures. As for selling, the best suggestion I can make would be to try one of the online auction services if you can be patient. It doesn't seem like they move very well at list price. You might try dropping your asking price somewhat. Does it have the original hang tags, manual and COA?
