Winchester made the Model 88 several years ago, although no longer available. I believe the Sako Finnwolf was also chambered for the 243 Winchester.
This is the Model 88 but chambered in 308 Win.

Savage model 99.... chambered in a variety of cartridges, including the .243 Winchester.

There is also an older and newer model of the Browning BLR. The main visual difference is the stock.

Check the following sites. From time to time, you can find what you are looking for at a decent price. Many times, though, out of production firearms will be somewhat overpriced.

I was lucky enough to have just purchased a NIB Savage 99 in 243. It is the most recent model made, and has an interesting monte carlo stock. Not my ideal caliber, but I have other ideas...

Are you speaking of a Savage Model 99? You should be able to find a picture on gunbroker.com

Savage 99 was offered in 250-3000 for many decades. A very fine hunting cartridge that faded when the slightly faster .243 was born. Winchester's .243 has literally taken over the varmint/deer cartridge arena. Very popular with hunters all over the planet.
I've dropped several dozen antelope with our aging Remington slide action chambered for the .243 cartridge. For shots out to about 350 yards, this cartridge is tough to beat. Low recoil combined with very good bullets such as Nosler Ballistic Tip, Hornady InterLock, Sierra Game King, and others makes for a deadly long range combination.
For close distance shots, much better cartridges are available. I feel that .243 does its best work way out there after it has slowed a bit. My opinion and you're allowed to disagree with me.
