Here are most of my Mosin Nagants. Rifles are M1891, 91/30, Finn M27, Finn M39, and a "homemade" 91/30 sniper, which doubles as a bad weather hunting rifle. Carbines are mostly M44s, Russian, Polish, Romanian, Hungary, and East German. Also a 91/59, and a Finnish M38 capture. Bottom is a Polish .22 LR trainer that looks something like a MN.

I've only got an M38. The trtigger is like easily 15 pounds, but once you get the feel for it, it shoots really, really well.

Hi guys, my first posting here. Found y'all while trying to rebuild my gun forums favorites list after a hard drive melt-down. Saw the Mosins and figured, "yep, good bunch of guys!"

I have a few Mosins of my own.

1. M91 dated 1916, Arshin sights.
2. M91/30 dated 1939
3. M39 Finn dated 1942
4. M44 dated 1946
5. T53 Chinese, bubba got to it before I did. :-(

I got my first 1891/30 back in 1960 for $10.00. There have been a number of Mosin Nagants since themn. I really like the Finns and acquired a pair of U.S. made New Englamd Westinghouse MNs a few years ago. All the best...
