Got this from a friend and its, once you get started,you can,t quit.(1) Back strap or if you call it loin.
(2) Remove all silver skin.
(3) Slice 1/2 to 3/4 thick and you will have small round steaks.
(4) Rinse and pat dry.
(5) Spread Philly cream cheese on one side of each little steak.(6) add slice jalpeno pepers(get them in a jar all ready slice (7) Add some cavender Greak season on top
(8) You will then need to roll up the small steaks with 1/2 slice of thick Bacon.(needs to be thick) around the out side and held together with a tooth pick.
(9) Grill untill the bacon is done. First I did,nt like the way it sounded, but try it.Its great
