My model is chambered in 22 Mag. This is the model made in West Germany by Erma.

Most any gunsmith should have sights like this. All they really need to worry about is matching the size of the dovetail.
If that fails, you might check with Henry Repeating Arms. The guns are built on the same patents. Not sure if the Erma was metric.
