What ever happened to the .35 rem pressure work that was being done. Last I heard it had been put on hold and I was just wondering if it got started back up.

Nope... still on hold for a number of reasons. Mainly, I moved my parents to my ranch in June and every second of my off time has been consumed with the tasks associated with that activity. I also had some equipment problems that RSI corrrected but it involved about 100 rounds of ammo out the barrel that must be reloaded and shot again.

I did some shooting but this is very slow shooting. There is a considerable amount of prep work before you even get to the range and once there I would guess that if you get one round out every 3 minutes you are doing good. The couple of times I've been out has been grueling in that the temperature has been 95 to 100F. Makes it more like work than fun.

I will get to it but the ranch must come first. That bullet I shot at the hog the other afternoon brought me down to one remaining round of 444 ammo! With three outfitted hunts and my regular hunting season some time will have to be spent on the 444 instead of the 35 Rem.

Heck, the 35 Rem has waited a 99 years so another six months to a year is a drop in the bucket.

Nope not dropped and is something I really want to do plus as soon as it's done I'm going to have my old 336SC parkerized and polished up like I did to it's brother.
