View Full Version : replacing my .22
Middle daughter has talked me out of my 30yr. old 10/22. Well I told her if she made a 3.5 GPA I would giver her the rifle. She did, so now I need to replace the thing. I am leaing toward a BA this time , but need to know if anyone has or has shot the Ruger 94/22. Any firsthand experience out there? Jeff.

If you want supurb accuracy and an excellent trigger you might check out the CZ 452 or the 453 with the set trigger.
I have a 452 Lux and I get inch groups if the wind isn't blowing at a hundred yards with wally world bulk winchester ammo.
It's got a 25 inch bbl and what feels like a full sized stock. Mine has an Erik Brooks trigger kit and breaks at two pounds like ice. I added a Weaver 2.5 to 10 Weaver classic scope and what a great combo weather plinking or working ground squirrels.
I shot the 10-22's for years and really liked them, but have never except for a Winchester target rifle had such an accurate 22.
Good luck in your search for a new 22
