Does anyone knows if you can replace the 20x fixed eyepiece with a zoom, e.g. 20-50, for the KOWA TS-501 20x50MM spotting scope. I picked one up for bullseye and it works fine out to 50yds but I was wondering if I could extend it's usefull ness. I';ve seen replacement zoom eyepieces for the 60MM Kowas but nothgin so far for the 50MM. There are 3 what appear to be mounting screws so I konw you can remove the eyepiece.

Also does anyone know why a zoom "designed" for a 60MM scope wouldn't work in a 50MM. I'm sure there is some optics explanation but have been unable to find it so far.
