Louisiana chef John Folse has a new wild game cookbook out, "After the Hunt". John is one of the best Louisiana chefs and I guarantee that his recipes will be worth cooking. I have already put this on my Christmas list. The book contains over 500 wild game recipes. Just a thought for those of you who like to cook and eat.:p

I wish that Christmas is kind to you jodum. I'm a good eater. My cooking skills please me only! I have unintentionaly insulted a few good cooks with my use of a pepper shaker(Why do they make the holes so small?).

I enjoy watching cooking shows on the tube. They make me hungry. I fully understand the recipe. AND THEN I GO TO THE KITCHEN AND BURN ONE MY WAY!
