can anyone tell me if it matters what action screw is tightend first when reassembling barrel and action:), front, back,ect

Nope, shouldn't matter at all. I like to get them snug with the first tightening and then really bear down on them, rather than just getting them really tight with the first run.

On my 452 Lux I tighten the one under the chamber first then just snug the rest up tight. Here's a place to check out the CZ FAQ's, there's lots of good information there and some speciality parts including hex bolt action screws.

You may want to tighten the center screw first, since it's the one that pulls the action into the stock. The forward screw is just into the wood, holding the forward end of the trigger guard/floor plate in place. The aft screw tightens the rear of the action, but if you tighten it first you'll tend to pull the gun into the stock a bit canted. Just be certain the magazine catch is around the floor plate, and you get the gun pulled well into the stock. On my 452, if I don't get it solidly into the stock, the magazine is blocked from locking in place.
