You mean "most consistent", right? Every gun is different. Your best bet is to buy a box of ammo from various manufacturers and try each one out. My advice is to try to get the same velocity if possible to reduce the number of adjustments you need to make to the scope. I don't know if .22 WMR uses lube, but expect to shoot 1 bullet for every inch of barrel length to season the gun to the current brand of ammo you're shooting. Be prepared to spend a lot of money in your quest for the "most accurate
" cartridge".

jsimmons gave you good advice. What may be accurate in my rifle may be a dog in yours, You've just got to shoot the different ammo to find out what your individual rifle likes. Rimfires are like that, be they the magnum variety of the standard long rifle.

The weight of the bullet, 40 grain vs 50 grain for example, from the same manufacturer will, or should, perform quite differently. Enough to notice ?? In most cases,NO, for the average shooter. Now if you want to document every shot you fire, at every distance, under every condition, and do stringent comparison of your data, you will have quite different results.
Why put yourself to all this bother? Well, it's fun, interesting, and you won't be using as much ammo as if you were just pumping lead for the sake of boredom:)
FYI : I use a Savage 93G in 22 mag and mine prefers 40 gr bullets, I think:confused:
