I just received a '98 Mauser action and douglas barrel from an old gunsmith friend. I also have 2 large slabs of seasoned walnut. Is there anyone out there that will duplicate a stock blank out of my wood?
I would like to use my wood as it too comes from an old friend. I can go ti from scratch, but with the large number of Mauser actions, it seems to get a semi finished stock to start with.

Most of the stock makers will make a stock out of your wood, but here's a guy that specializes in doing just that.
