Did anyone on this forum draw for mulies in Idaho? Which area?
What gun are you using?

I didn't put in for any muley tags. The area I hunt for elk has some decent muleys, which is an open hunt, and I like to hunt them during the elk season. Got a nice somewhat heavy 4x4 last year that should be back from the taxidermist soon. Got a controlled hunt cow elk tag though! Missed on getting an antelope tag though. How about you?

I put in for moose, did not draw- drew a trophy buck tag last year-could not put in this year.

Dad and I were lucky and got our mits on a couple of cow tags.
We could be hunting today but it is too hot, 90ish, to cool out a animal as large as a elk, and we have no walkin cooler to hang one, so we will have to wait for cooler weather. Hard to wait.
