De-capped and cleaned-up ,I'd say about 75% of the price of new would be fair. That assumes that you know someone in need of 243 cases.
Just a off-the-cuff guesstimate.

For a common, clean, once fired brass I agree with Cheezy, perhaps a little less for some. Assault weapon rounds, like .223 and .308, might even bring more with the current ammo shortage but even bullets are hard to get for now so...
Some brass, 7.7 & 6.5 Jap for example, would be worth much more than .308 or 30-06.

slim, you dont want to know what I did but here goes.
240 once fired cases, cleaned and sized, in MTM boxes,(2 fifty count green boxes and 7 twenty count slip top boxes) and 450 assorted bullets; 200 Sierra 100 grain spitzers, 150 Hornady 100 grain spitzers and 100 Speer 90 grain spitzers out the door for $75 dollars. Yup, all for .243 Winchester.
I just never got around to shooting that rifle enough and had so much stuff on hand so it went.

I've been astonished at the current prices of brass. I have a little over 300 new, never-fired nickel plated .308 cases. A fellow asked to buy them, so I looked up Midway's price for that item. Forty-three cents each! That's like 170% of what it was a year ago, and I got mine in the mid-nineties for about fifteen cents. Last year I bought 300 Lapua .308 cases on sale at Sinclair for forty-eight cents, and Remington is nothing to compare to Lapua in that chambering.
It is clear that the people who bought gold missed a bet. Had they instead bought a few hundred thousand .308 cases, today they could cash in big time. I'm re-thinking my retirement financial plan.

I have been getting $40+ per hundred for once fired rifle brass 260 cal on up. I sold 100 new Lapua 300 Win Mag brass last week for $235 shipped. The man begged for it and that is what he offered
