I had a thread in the handloading section about swaging crimped primer pockets. A forum member sent me an RCBS swager tool. It needed some attention because the 30 cal ram was bent and I twisted it off inside the die body when I tried to remove it. I sent it to RCBS with an explanatory note asking for repair charges.

Today I received a brand new swager in the mail. Service doesn't get any better than that!

I'm two for three with RCBS in the service department.

I don't object to RCBS charging a little more for their products especially when I read stories like this. The last time I called RCBS for help is when my wife's liquid filled hearing protector ear pads lost their fluid due to evaporation. Not only did RCBS send me a new pair of ear pads but they included the foam pads that fit in the cups. All at no charge and no hassel.

Can't beat their service. I have ruined several items and they just replaced them.. no questions, no hassle, no charge...

Same here, they are good company and worth the extra few bucks.

I had a RCBS APS hand primer break a few months back. I called RCBS and they sent me a whole new tool no charge no questions. I've had nothing but RCBS for 25+ years there worth the extra cash and there service is outstanding.

I've had good service from RCBS. Just call them if anything breaks
or wears out and they will replace it. Only trouble so far is a Green Machine. It never did work like I thought it should. Only use it to size
and Bell 45 APC cases. Works good for that.
