Ok, I just ordered a new 338 mold. I have 32 and 35 cal gas checks in stock but I do not see a 33 or 34 cal check listed. Which do I use with 338 bullet? Will a bullet sizing die size the 35 down to 34?

You need a 33 cal GC.
The listing or not is determined by its presence in the store room NOT that it doesn't exist. Keep looking. things will pick up soon, I hope.
