I have a lot of parts I am looking to sale. I took over my grandfather's gun shop about 5 years ago. He was a great gunsmith and had a large inventory of parts. I am not a trained gunsmith and I don't plan on going to school to become one. So I have all these parts that I would like to sell to someone that has a business or want to start one or just wants the parts.
I have totaled all the parts up and there is over $13000 in parts. I'm not looking to get that. What I would like to get is $10000 o.b.o.
There is a lot here. If you are interested send me a pm with your email address and I will send you a complete list of everything I have.

One more thing. Talk to your local gun shops or gunsmiths and see if they might be interested. Hey they might give you a finders fee.

That's quite an impressive list of parts. I believe you would be better served by contacting Jack First or Numrich as they are known for having older parts if any are available. Due to the variety of parts with many from several well known firearms manufacturers would be harder to find a single gunsmith who could use the entire inventory of parts.

I contacted numrich. I won't bad mouth any company. But let's just say their offer was a joke and an insult. I understand they need to make money and won't buy at face value, but if I was to tell you the offer they made me. It would make you sick.

We would be interested in seeing the list of the parts that pertain to Winchester 94 pre and post. Email to cliff@sosarms.us if that's possible.....
Thanks!

I, too, have only tried once to sell a bunch of parts (specifically magazines for Browning, Beretta, Walther, etc modern pistols) to Numrich (Gun Parts Corp.) Their offer was very insulting, as you say. We understand they are in business to make money, but they make a big deal about how fair their offers are. I made four times the money selling them to a magazine dealer at a gun show, who was also in the business of reselling them.

I think if you took the time to individually list each item on www.gunbroker.com, with automatic relisting until they sell, you'd sell a bunch of it at a good retail price to those of us who search them looking for specific parts.

It could be a full time job, almost, with that much listing, but you'd probably make a good wage doing it if even a small percentage of them sell.

That is a nice list of parts you have. Sorry to say I don't really have a use for a large portion of them. Thanks for sending.

Big Mike,
If I may make a suggestion, if you could find a high school aged kid who had a budding interest in firearms to handle the sorting, cataloging and shipping legwork on this inventory, you could make what you're asking while filling individual orders.

That said, check your PMs.

Yeah the high school student isn't a bad idea. I might try it. I already have everything separated in packages. It's already to be shipped. I just don't have the time myself to work on the computer. My wife is the one that has been emailing the list to everyone. (also thanks to everyone that has been interested) I just know these parts are taking up a lot of room that I need for other inventory.
Heck if a offer was reasonable i'd take it. I am more than willing to help out a person. I just don't want to give it away. (thank you Numrich)

After having some guys wanting to buy parts separate I have decided to split the parts and sell them that way. I have already sold all the remington parts. So guys if you wanted to buy some of the parts but didn't want to buy them all here's your chance. Just let me know.

All the Remington parts are gone. I still have the rest. I really want these gone. I will take $7,000 for the rest. That is half of what I have in them. They are taking up room I don't have. Like I have said a lot of these parts are for older guns that are hard to find.
There is about 75lbs of parts. If you bought these I will not charge shipping. I'm just trying to make it easier to get rid of.

Rex the list has been emailed. As for you forest if you did not get the list then you need to say something. I have sent the list to everyone that has asked for it. Maybe I typed your email in wrong something. Who knows. But there is no need to make a rude comment. If you want the list I will gladly send it again. Just give me. You email and I will check up to make sure you get it.
One more ting people. I'm not glued to the computer 24/7. So it might take a day or so to get to you. I work and also farm and it's harvest time now so bear with me.
So if I pi$$ed off anyone sorry. Putting food on the table is first over gun dealing.
Thanks all.
