Newbie to the forum and need your guys help. Have any of you heard of a Revelation 208 30-30 Lever Action? Im trying to find what years they were manufactured to see if they are C&R eligible in California. I read some were made by Savage and some Mossberg? Any info on these rifles or a link to some info, would be awesome.

My bro has 2 revelations, 1 a pump shotgun that is a Mossberg, the other a lever .30-30 that is a Winchester 94 clone. Can't help you on the years of manufacture, but that brand name was distributed by Western Auto IIRC.

It's a Marlin 336..

Open the lever.

If the trigger stays in the receiver, it's a Marlin 336.

If the trigger stays with the lever, it's a Mossberg.

They both have two-piece stocks, while a Savage .30-30 has a one-piece stock and was discontinued before the Revelation. :D
