I live in the middle of a rainforest, literally infested by bush turkeys. When I first moved here, an elderly neighbour gave me a recipe. He said, "Ya chuck the fowl into a big pot together with an 'ouse-brick, boil 'em for 24 hours, after 24 hours ya throw out the turkey and eat the brick".

That's about the same recipe we use for carp... LOL...
