I'm trying to find disassembly instructions, including fo rthe bolt andfiring pin for a friend of mine.

I've been able to find an exploded view of the gun with parts list, but no instructions.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Make sure the rifle in unloaded and action is Cocked!!!

1. Remove the magazine, trigger guard screw and fwd sling mount screw.

2. With one hand, retract the bolt about half way and with the other, push the barrel up and to the right. It should pop right out.

3. Remove the small C shaped clip on the front of the gas port.

4. There is a cross pin in the receiver that you push through.
This should allow you to remove the trigger system and gas system from the barreled action. I believe the trigger group slides backward once the pin is gone.

5. Im not real clear on how to remove the bolt, but it is fairly easy once you get that far.

A Win. 100 was my first new gun, and I have a strong fondness for them.

Ther is a pin located near the rear portion of the bolt. It hold the rails on hte bolt. push the pin out and the firing pin will come out along with the spring. Anothe pin near the front hold the front part of the bolt in place. Hope this helps.

PS could you email me a copy of exploded view ?

thanks

There's an exploded view right here on the Beartooth GunNuts section.
