I have a M94 Limited Edition Centennial Rifle that I'd like to convert to .38-55Win.

Is it better to replace the barrel, or more cost-effective to rebore it to the new caliber? Who currently does the latter?

Do a search for the reboring, I would suggest that you go with a 38-55 length chamber and a .375 groove as the bullet availability would be easier.
