Tagged at $300 in a pawn shop, which I know is high. I just don't know by how MUCH.:)

It's a 16" bbl. with no porting, which I think they did offer several years back. I've no idea if there's anything in particular to look for, but it seems fine, action-wise.

The bug-a-boo is that it's freckled all over with rust. I don't think there's any pitting, but there will be staining left after a clean-up for sure.

What do you guys think?

Too high for a rusty gun. Check these:

Check the bore to make sure it's clean, offer $200, if he counters with $250 grab it. 0000 steel wool, and 3in1 oil cleans up nice.

$100.00 dollars is too high for a gun covered in rust, especially when the gun was probably put out for sale after the fella that pawned it didn't come back to pay the $50.00 or $60.00 bucks they lent on it . Don't be bashful lowballin them on the price, they try to get 4-5 times what they got into most guns.

Thanks for taking some extra time with all of those links!

Knowing how pawnshops work, I really doubt I'd get anywhere CLOSE to a decent deal.:(

Well, I got it out for under 3. Hopefully, I'll like the gun and it's handling. I've had a pistol caliber lever on the backburner forever, it seems. Now, I'll see how it works out.
