Those 91/30's made or refrubrished by the Finns have always been pretty good shooters - leastwise, the one's I've seen.
Have a standard Russian 91/30 and a M38 carbine that I load for. They both have bores like a potholed country road, but the rifle still shoots fairly decent groups. The carbine makes a lot of noise, though!!
