My understanding of Lee TL bullets is that they do not need to be sized. Just lubricated with Lee Liquid Allox. Some prefer to lube, size, then lube again. Your call.
Yes, you will have to worry about fluxing. While your ingots may have the proper mix of components, that is no guarantee that they do not contain undesireable components that you don't want. In other words, there is no 100% pure casting alloy containing 0% contaminents. Few of us could afford such an alloy if it were available. As Bob advises, flux before casting and everytime you add ingots. That would be the minimum. I flux more often than that and still manage to rake up slag/dross out of my alloy. You would not want to shoot bullets containing these contaminents as they are lighter than the alloy and contribute to unbalanced bullets.
While your manual has taken you through the casting procedure, you will find that you still have a learning curve to master. This is something you have to do on your own as we all have. Don't be discouraged if your first bullets resemble raisins. With practice, you will be casting great bullets.
