Sounds a little suspicious to me. Why in the world would he need more than one
of anything ? There are so many cartridges just one of each would make a huge
display. How do I know ? Because I have about forty five different ones myself.
For a long time I was going to glue them on a board and hang on wall but now
I think I will just stand them all up on a wall display I am going to make..
To be honest a better collection can be made of photos and I have collected
hundreds of photos used mostly in gun magazine articles comparing ammo.

It is a valid desire, actually. I once thought it would be cool to display select cartridges somehow with one standing on end showing a profile and the twin laying so the headstamp could be read beside it.

Valid also to have one (or more) not on display to be examined, traded, etc.

Cartridge display

Here is my collection I display around Alaska. I now have enough to have 2 boards that size with no duplicates - no wildcats - all correct headstamp factory or correct reloads. I have had to quit buying as it typically cost $100 plus for a cartridge I don't have with the exception of new stuff.

That's very nice ! What's the smallest cartridge and the largest cartridge you have in your case ? Just curious

Here is a collection we did some years back on this board. I will enjoy it forever. It was a great time and a little work but it worked out great.

Yes M1, it was a very fun project. Brought all of us here that participated a bit closer. And special thanks to Cheezywan for doing the dirty work!

I still have to get mine mounted
