7mm Weatherby cartridges

Registered Users do not see the above ad.

For anyone out there who shoots 7mm Weatherby, or who just might be interested in 7mm Weatherby cartridges, have I got a deal for you. I have an original Weatherby box with 14 cartridges in it with 154 grain bullets. It's one of those yellow, red, and brown boxes with the tiger on the front. The back of the box gives the Weatherby address in South Gate, California without a zip code. The box also indicates Made in Sweden and has a lot number of 611159. I have no idea of the age of these things. Some time back, a guy at a gun show had them on his table when he was ready to pack up and go, and since I always buy and sell odd things at my table, he gave them to me. I haven't found anyone locally who shoots 7mm Weatherby, so I am offering them up to whoever wants them. Just pay me whatever it costs to ship them to you and they are yours! I hate to see them sitting on the shelf wasting away. Get back with me and we can exchange private messages with the details.

Neat. I'm going to move this into Cartridge Collecting, as it sounds like you have some of the old Norma ammo loaded up in maybe the 50's or 60's.

Might make some collector's day.

7 mm Weatherby

I would be happy to take them. I have a 7mm weatherby built on a Mauser action by a former employee of Weatherby. The gunsmith introduced me to Roy many, many years ago at a gun show in San Francisco of all places.
