Old Slapout Holsters

So, I'm going to be ordering a pair of holsters from Old Slapout http://oldslapoutholsters.com/index.html. Have any of you used his or know of his holsters? I'm looking at the Stamped Plainsman Single Loop Rig, item 1012. What do y'all think?
Sorry about the double post.

Deletion done.

It looks to me like it would hurt to be slapped with one of those holsters. I have no CAS experience and can't tell you anything technical about the choice. They look nice.

Well, I put an order in for the holsters. I'm expecting them in a couple of weeks. I talked to the guy (Jim). He's a very friendly guy, very helpful, and came very recommended by many that I talked to. I'll update once I get them in.

Ok, so I got them in. Very good looking holsters. I haven't tried them at a shoot yet, but I plan on it very soon. At any rate here's what I can tell so far. They are stiff (will break-in during use), well made, great design, they fit my guns incredibly well, all in all. Jim (Old Slapout) makes these according to customer needs and was very helpful in figuring out what it was that I was wanting. I am glad I chose these holsters.

I finally got to try them out. They worked wonderfully. They look great and the fit was perfect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for western holsters.
