Deer down South

Inspired by (): http://shootersforum.com/showthread....298#post466298

I figured I'd post some pics/stories of the deer being killed down here in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama this year to give folks an idea.

Here's a 187 inch buck http://louisianasportsman.com/details.php?id=1952
This one was killed about 30-40 miles from where I hunt in Mississippi. One of the fringe benefits of working at Angola prison is that Angola has 18,000 acres of land and only people employeed by the prison can hunt on it. Almost makes you want to apply for a job there

Here's a 194 inch buck http://www.louisianasportsman.com/details.php?id=1928
Even though that's a couple hours from where I hunt, I have driven through there many, many times.

And here's a forum: http://www.mdwfp.com/forums/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=7
Full of happy/excited regular-Joe hunters with pictures from MS hunting with pics like this:

Nice.

So tell us again about job applications for Angola?
