With a Tennessee hog hunt looming on my horizon I'm seriously considering taking my ol' Python along.

My question is will the BTB 200 grain FN+P bullet work in my cylinder and will 38spl. brass be necessary'

I've never used a 200 gr. bullet in my .357s but Beartooth lists 6 loads (none FN+P but mostly 200 gr. RN) and Speer Reloading lists them under silhouette loads. From the picture in the Speer book, the crimp groove appears in it's normal position so that bullet should be good in .357 cases. The 200 gr. bullet isn't listed with .38 cases so I couldn't recommend using them.
