Has anyone ever reloaded Wolf casings?

I have a bunch of .223 Wolf (not brass) casings around and was wondering if anyone has ever used this stuff to reload with? I found that it can be sized just fine but wanted some feedback before proceeding?

Chuck em...in the long run they are going to trash your dies. I wouldnt even shoot that swill though my guns, let alone try to reload it. .223 brass is cheap enough...i bought 500 rounds of winchester once fired brass for like 20 bucks on ebay awhile back.

Steel cases - forget it. Will wear out your dies faster, and likely be brittle and split in a load or two, anyway.

Lots of cheap .223 brass around..... don't mess with the stuff!

Got it. Thanks Guys. I will pitch them. I have several thousand rounds of once fired so it isn't like I am hard up. I just hate seeing brass laying around on the ground at the range and pick up anything I can use. The wolf steel is going to be round filed. Maybe I can make some art work from all the junk brass?

Think they're Berdan primed, anyway.

Wolf has made it hard for me to find 45 ACP "pickups" at my range. It seems all the factory shooters have switched to it.

Michael,
Do you think they have gone to the steel case as a durability and cost thing? I have found that they sure don't shoot any better than the Win or Rem factory bullets I have shot.

Thanks,
Trent

I think strictly cost. Steel must be cheap in Russia.
