I purchased some 120 gr Barnes Tipped TSX bullets to load in my 6.5 Rem Mag. Then I got out the Barnes manual (most recent) only to discover that there is no load data for this cartridge. Can anyone point me to some load data other than the pay sites on the web?

I don't have that chambering, but did you call Barnes and ask? They likely have some unpublished data. Otherwise, estimates from QuickLOAD suggest 49 grains of Reloader 19 would be a good starting load, as would 49 grains of IMR4831. Work them up slowly in .3 to .5 grain steps, watching for and accuracy peak and for pressure signs.

According to the Barnes Reloading Manual #3, page 203: 6.5 Remington Magnum, 120 gr XFB & 120 gr Solid with IMR 4350 powder - start 44.0 gr @ 2855 fps, MAX 51.0 gr @ 3165 fps.
