Keep healthy at all times.
Pass to all 55yrs and older.

THIS IS NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS

Cardiovascular Exercise

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into
our daily routine.

This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle
mass (no, not stomach muscle mass).

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Made it down OK, but don't like heights so stayed put :-)

A glass or two of Glenmorangie does help me get over my phobias though.
