Do you know of any other .223 lever action rifles other than the Browning BLR Lightweight 81?

Thanks!!

Never heard of any other lever action .223 except the BLR. Remington has made a couple of versions of the Model 760/7600 pump in that caliber.

To me the Lever Guns are suppose to be for a different type of cartrisdges that has less pressure to them. The Browning is the only one I have heard about.

Pressure too high for older actions. Marlin or Win in 219 zipper or Savage 99 in 22 high power are the standard options.

Only the BLR. It is being re-offered this year. The last time was in the early 1980's.

It would have to have a box or rotary magazine. The pointed bullets would be a problem for a tube magazine.

Understood. As I understand, the BLR has a 4 round magazine.

The magazines for my BLR .223 hold five rounds and are marked .222/.223. A few of the .222's made it over here but they were intended for the European market.
