Searching for a Whitney Kennedy book & info

Does anyone know where I could get a copy of .. "Lever Action Magazine Rifles: Derived from the Patents of Andrew Burgess" written by, Samuel L. Maxwell.

I check the library and they don't have one.

Any one know of any other books or articles on the Whitney Kennedy ... seems to be an overlooked gun.
