I have seen them on Gunbroker.com, don't know if they have any right now but it might be worth a check.

I don't believe that the manuals differentiate between the standard and deluxe models. All that you need is a Model 71 manual. Check eBay, too, I see the on that site fairly often.

What is it you are looking for.
How to load-How to aim-How to operate the lever--etc?
