question to moderator(s) about an article

Using a relatives computer, I've none of my own. Not able to fill in and make contact via 'Contact Us' route at bottom of page.
Question; might I post a short article from a 1931 issue of the American Rifleman, about the 6.5x54 Mannlicher-Schoenauer, in this section, or at all?
Not wanting to disrupt your folks' proper submitting of posts and such, just seeking the correct way, if allowable?
thank you for your time,

Yup - saw it and enjoyed it. Goes to show, things haven't changed much since the 1930's.
