Marlin 1894 Gunsmith Referral

I have an 1894 in 44 Magnum that I picked up at a gun show and it needs some work.

It does not feed well, and I would like to have an action job and have it cut down to 16.5"

Anyone recommend a gunsmith with experience on 1894's.

What bullet style have you tried? some are picky with SWC and WFN style bullets

I have tried both Winchester 240 grain JHP and Remington 240 Grain SP, I would like to try the new Lever-Evolution rounds when I get the gun back together.
