There is a tool available called a sight pusher that is designed to install and remove dovetail sights from ramps. That tool keeps things like happened to you from happening. Midway and Brownell's both sell them.
Now for your problem.
Can you get the broken screws out?
If you can you can just order another sight ramp and screws from Marlin or Midway or Brownells and install it youself. I'd use a little locktite or fingernail polish on the screw threads. Be sure and mike the hight of the ramp and sight to get the right heights to re-install.
If you can't get the broken screws out then your faced with a bigger problem. Broken taps are easy to take out simply because their made extremely hard so you can just break them up with a punch, but screws are another problem and my have to be drilled out and retapped. That would probably best be left to a gunsmith that has the proper tools.
