I'm moving from Michigan to Arkansas,soon,and I'm wondering if there will be any problems with my handgun registration.

Odds are you'll find it a whole lot less complicated to obtain/keep a license to carry in AR. Michigan makes it "possible", but they surely don't make it easy!

If you are talking about registration of firearms, we do not have any. If you are talking about concealed carry permit, it entails, A concealed carry course taught by a certified instructor, an application to the State Police, a Back ground check, and a payment of fees. Waiting time usually from two weeks to 60 days. When carrying concealed, make sure the firearm is completely concealed or you can be arrested and charged with flashing a weapon and loose your permit, and pay a large fine, and depending on circumstances, some jail time.

Welcome to the south....what is this " registration "?

You will find the south a much more gun friendly place. You will often see folks comparing guns in the supermarket or office parking lot. You will also find much longer deer seasons with larger limits down here. What part of AR are you moving to?

Looks like Michigan has about the about the same setup as AK.The only difference I see is in Michigan you go to the county clerk instead of the State Police.15 years ago it was just about impossible to get a CPL in Michigan (unless you were Ted Nugent) now it's pretty easy.

Arkansas will require registration for teeth before it will for guns.

Yup, an unloaded gun is just an expensive club.
